This low carb cheese and ham cauliflower soup is brimming with awesome flavor. This is a very simple and easy recipe, simply add everything to your slow cooker, mix it up, and supper is prepared!

The slow cooker cauliflower soup unquestionably meets every definition of nutritious. It doesn’t contain much carbs (around 6g for each serving), it is a comfort food, and it’s an extraordinary approach to go through any remaining ham. Or, then again avoid the ham and utilize vegetable stock for a wonderful no meat feast!



4 cups chicken (or vegetable) broth
3 cloves garlic
1 to 2 cups chopped ham
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 tsp. ground mustard
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste


Include broth, cauliflower, garlic, and mustard to your slow cooker, and season it with salt and pepper. If you set the slow cooker on low, you should cook the soup for 3-4 hours, but if you set the slow cooker on low, then cook it for 6-8 hours.

Then, put the cheddar and use a hand-blender to make it creamy. On the other hand, you can also exchange to a blender or sustenance processor, but you will then have to work in batches.

Include the pepper flakes, ham, and extra salt and pepper if you like.

Chop some green onion and garnish on top. You can also add some more shredder cheese on top as a garnish. Serve it while it’s warm. Enjoy!
